Well done and easy to use but look always fingers caught when collapsing. Don't ask how I know. by John
just bought one Telescoping Ladder . several of the latches are very hard to move, and get stuck. I was not able to fully retract the ladder. not sure if this one is defective or not. also, the mechanism is extremely hazardous. you could easily crush a finger while muscling one of the latches.
